Maria Rosario Aviles was born June 29, 1925. She was born in Manati, Puerto Rico. She married Enrique Valle Aviles. She later moved to Tooele, Utah.
They were married for 45 years and had 13 children, losing three—so all together they had 16 children.
She is survived by children Carmen Trujillo, Pete Aviles, Inez Hequet, Gladys Medina, Louie Aviles, Bruine Arellano, Robert Aviles, Irma Aviles, Ismael Aviles, George Aviles and Luz Anderson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Enrique Valle Aviles; her mother and father; sons Herman Aviles and William Aviles; brother Luis Juan Rosario and sister Delia Rosario.
She had 49 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren. She was a mother who loved unconditionally.
A viewing will be held Friday, May 19 from 6-8 p.m. with Rosary at 7 p.m. at St Marguerite’s Church. Funeral mass will be held Saturday, May 20 at 10 a.m., with a viewing one hour prior, at St Marguerite’s Church. Burial will be in the Tooele City Cemetery with a reception following the services.
