Stanley Michael Allen

Stanley Michael Allen, 95, passed away peacefully on Sept. 16, 2016, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born Dec. 27, 1920, in Sturgeon, Pennsylvania, to Antoni Alakamovitch and Michalina Rawdeska. Stanley was married and sealed to his sweetheart, Ened Louise Malan of Ogden, Utah, in 1945. She preceded him in death in 2002. He proudly served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force and 15 years as a Teamster. Stanley was a faithful member of the LDS Church, serving in many ward and stake callings including 23 years as a temple worker, and a full-time mission with his wife in Jacksonville, Florida. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and best friend. He is survived by his children, Kirk and Sally Allen of Lake Point, Utah and Mark and Jane Allen of Grants Pass, Oregon; 10 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 24, 2016, at Lake Point Ward, 1366 E. Canyon Road. A viewing will be held prior to services from 10-10:45 a.m. at the church.
