Donald Thomas Poor

Donald Thomas Poor, son of Thomas and Arylene Poor, passed away unexpectedly May 8, 2016, at the age of 59. He leaves behind two brothers, Bob Poor (Debbie Poor) and Dale Poor. He joins his sister Linda Brown, his father Thomas Poor and his mother Arylene Poor in the hands of God. Donny was born in Igloo, South Dakota on July 13, 1957. He moved to Tooele in 1965, where he enjoyed his childhood. Donny was a dedicated employee working for Tooele Army Depot in Tooele. Eventually, he transferred to Goodfellow Air Force Base in Texas where he later retired. Donny’s love for family brought him back to Tooele last October to enjoy his retirement surrounded with family and friends. He enjoyed hunting and camping with the family, and will be remembered for his love of music and talent with the guitar and harmonica. Donny’s smile will be missed by all.
