Donna Hardy

Donna Hardy, 78, our cherished sister, mother, aunt, and grandmother, passed away April 15, 2016, in Tooele, Utah, surrounded by her family. Donna was born July 27, 1937, in Lexington, Nebraska. She is the daughter of Cleo Leonard Hunt and Lucille May Lee. She married John Fred Myer in 1957. She later married Laury Hardy in 1978. Donna devoted her life to loving her family. She had a fun sense of humor and will always be remembered as someone who never left you wondering what she was thinking. Her feisty, spunky personality will truly be missed. She is survived by her sister and best friend Sharon Griffis; her son Steve (Ronda) Myer; nephew Roger (Jann) Griffi;, niece Cindy Slack Williams; grandchildren Kearsta (Jeff) Washburn and Mark (Kellie) Myer; and threegGreat-grandsons Titan, Ryder and Mack that sparked the twinkle in her eye. She was reunited with her son John Cleo Myer, nephew Michael Alan Griffis, niece Pamela Sue Slack and her parents. Our family would like to express our great appreciation for the compassionate care Donna received at the Magnolia House and from the staff at Rocky Mountain Care and Hospice.
