Clik here to view.She was born in Olympia, Washington on June 24, 1932, to Amanda and Roy Vanniman. She attended Olympia High School. Shortly after, she married Bill Stein and she was blessed with a wonderful daughter, Patricia Lynn. They later divorced and she married her soulmate, Roy Sprout. They were blessed with another daughter, Arlene. In 1963, the family moved from Washington to Tooele, Utah. In 1975, Roy unexpectedly passed away. Some time later, she met and married Robert Curry, who passed away in 2013. Peggy worked for many years at the Tooele Valley Hospital until she retired. Throughout her life she enjoyed crocheting, especially afghans to share with her family and friends. She loved camping and fishing. In her later years, she enjoyed collecting coins and banks. Her whole world revolved around her family, always making sure we were all cared for. We are so blessed to have had her in our life. We will greatly miss her, and so will her little dog Maggie. Peggy is survived by her daughters Patricia Lewis and Arlene (Anthony) Maestas and stepson Bobby Curry and her grandchildren Dale “Dolphin” (Frances) Lewis, Shane Lewis, Jason Maestas, Jeremy (Chelsea) Maestas, Kristi Cormier, Brandon Curry and Shannel Curry. She also has 12 great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 30, 2016, at noon at the Tooele Stake Center, 253 S. 200 East, Tooele, Utah. Prior to the funeral, there will be a viewing from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Interment Tooele City Cemetery.
