Obit Eva Wolter 1Our loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend passed away Feb. 21, 2016. Eva was born Dec. 12, 1945, to Juan and Juanita Santistevan in Taos, New Mexico. Obit Eva Wolter 2After the family relocated to Tooele, she met and married Doug Wolter. They later divorced. They had three children: Doug (Michelle), Monique and Justen. One of her greatest passions was traveling the world. A trip was always on her mind — destination unknown. Anyone who knew Eva fell instantly in love with her. Eva lived life to the fullest despite the obstacles that came across her path. She loved her family dearly and held a special place in her heart for her grandchildren Austin, Elly, Carson and Ava. She is survived by her children, grandchildren and siblings Angie Klem, Ida Montano, Dolores (Richard) Sedar and Johnny Santistevan. Preceded in death by her parents and sister, Mary Santistevan. Services will be held Saturday, Feb. 27 at St. Marguerite’s Catholic Church, Tooele, Utah, with visitation from 10-11 a.m. Funeral mass at 11 a.m. You have touched our lives like no other. Our hearts will never be the same.
