Julie Ann Austin

Julie Ann Austin, 46, of Marion, Indiana, passed away on Dec. 12, 2015, surrounded by her family and joined her heavenly father. A resident of Grant County for two years, she was born in Provo, Utah, to Arnold and Connie (Steinc) Austin on Jan. 4, 1969. Julie was a homemaker who dedicated her life to serving her family, whom she loved dearly. She leaves behind her soulmate of 23 years, Jerry Borders of Marion; daughters Amber (Nathan Rosenauer) Borders of Missouri and Ashley (Michael Hustin McGuire) Borders of Indianapolis; her mother Connie (Jakie Watkins) Austin of Utah; sisters Stephanie Austin of Alabama, Samantha Austin of Virginia and Michele Austin of Utah; brothers Jeff Austin of Utah, Lionel Austin of Utah and Andrew Austin of Utah; grandsons Alija Samuel McGuire and Benjamin Jay Rosenauer; many nieces and nephews and special pets Buddy, Princess and Momma. Preceding her in death were daughter Adrienne Kay Borders, grandson Wayne Lee Rosenauer, sister Becky Austin and her father, Arnold Austin. Serenity Funeral and Cremation Services, 6202 Michigan Road, Indianapolis, IN, are entrusted with arrangements. Cremation has been chosen with a private service to be held by the family at a later date.
