Our loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, Tim Brand, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on July 30, 2015. Tim was born in Sedalia, Missouri, on Nov. 1, 1956, to Janet and Wayne Brand. He moved to California in 1960, where he lived until he was 41. He moved to Hermiston, Oregon, in 1998 and then to Tooele, Utah, in 2005, where he spent the remainder of his life. Tim had five children and two grandchildren who meant the world to him. He had a heart of gold and would help anyone he had the opportunity to. He worked as a truck driver his entire life. He worked for Wal-Mart for the past 17 years. He was a hard worker and always loved his job and was very thankful for it. Tim is survived by his children Billy (Kim) Brand, Bobby Brand, Josh Brand, Rachel (Kenny) Harvey, and Joey Brand; grandchildren Billy and Timmy Brand; siblings Jenny (Robert) Moore, Pete (Jerri Lynn) Brand, David (Kim) Brand and Kayla (Gary) Dann; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Janet and Wayne Brand; brother Kenny Brand and niece Kristina Brand. The family would like to thank the U of U hospital for the amazing care he was given during his last days. Funeral services were held on Saturday, Aug. 8, 2015, at 11 a.m. at Tate Mortuary in Tooele. The family accepted visitors beginning at 9:30 a.m.
