Mark William Paulos passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2020, in Tooele, Utah. Mark was born on June 5, 1959, to William A. and Gerry Sullivan Paulos. He was raised in Tooele, Utah, and graduated from Tooele High School in 1977. He attended the University of Utah where he became a proud member of the Beta Theta Pi and later graduated from Westminster College with a degree in English. After college, Mark began his professional career as the assistant editor for Salt Lake Magazine and continued his passion for writing throughout his life. Mark was a gifted, thoughtful, and kind soul who enjoyed being with friends, family and his animals.
Mark was preceded in death by his parents William and Gerry Paulos. He leaves behind many good friends and family who will miss him dearly. As per his request, a graveside service will be held at the Tooele City Cemetery on Monday, June 22, 2020, at noon. In honor of Mark, the family requests that any donations be made to The Road Home, Make-A-Wish Foundation, or a charity of your choice.
