Kenneth Lee Wilson passed away of natural causes at his home in Tooele on March 23, 2020. He was born on July 25, 1940, to Thomas M. and E. Grace Wilson of Payson, Utah.
Ken grew up in Tooele and was a member of the graduating class of 1958. After high school Ken served his country by joining the United States Marine Corps.
After Marine Corps service Ken married Helen McNicol. They had three children, Jack (Christy), Steve (Merrideth), and Kenneth Paul. There are 10 grandkids, and nine great-grandkids.
After serving with the federal government as an operations technician, Ken retired and served his community further by joining the Marine Corps League, Rodney M. Davis Detachment 1261, and the Tooele County Sheriff Citizen Patrol.
An avid traveler both for work and pleasure, Ken most recently travelled abroad with his wife Ramona to Ireland and the Panama Canal.
Ken is survived by his wife Ramona Wilson; former wives, Helen and Patsy; brother Larry (Karen) Wilson; and his sister Sharon Smauldon.
A viewing will be held Saturday, March 28, 2020, at Tate Mortuary for family and close friends from 12 to 12:45 p.m., with a graveside service at Tooele City Cemetery at 1 p.m.
